San Clemente, CA (July 11, 2011) - A Volcano of Mittens & Facemasks have just arrived at High Cascade Snowboard Camp in Mt.Hood, OR.  There is extreme carnage on the hill as people try to protect themselves from the hot summer sun and cool snowy slopes.  Lava flow is everywhere including the palm of the strategically designed Celtek x HCSC mitten.  The creative geniuses’ at HCSC worked with Celtek to produce these one-of-a-kind masterpieces that will be worn by Celtek team riders, campers and HCSC staff all summer long.  The Volcano Mitten & Facemask will be sold exclusively at the HCSC Camp Store.

Celtek team riders will be at camp during the summer enjoying the massive amounts of snow and perfectly shaped jumps and jibs.  Chris Grenier just finished up his signature session with team riders and friends shredding alongside him.  Justin Bennee, Stevie Bell, Aaron Biittner, Dan Brisse, Cale Zima, Ted Borland, Brandon Hobush, Griffin Seibert, Sam Taxwood, Jess Kimura, Marc Swoboda & more will all be making the trek to Hood at some point this summer. Celtek will also be hosting activities up at High Cascade all summer long such as foosball tournaments, a graffiti art contest, an on-hill high Ollie competition & much much more.

Celtek co-founders Bjorn and Erik Leines have a long-standing relationship with HCSC, which ultimately culminated in this collaboration.  ”Mt. Hood has been getting pounding with snow all year leaving it with all time high snowpack levels” states Erik. ” The Volcano known as Mt. Hood will be blowing up with High Cascade Camper’s and Pro’s all summer.”  Bjorn plans to head up to HCSC at the end of July.
