Noah Salasnek may not have introduced skate style to snowboarding but he
certainly defined it. His proper execution of legit tricks with legit grabs,
long pokes and clean landings gave a respectability to snowboarding and
contradicted the food grabs, Day-Glo clothes and not makes which were
celebrated by the media at the time. Check out Scotty Wittlake's take on
