It's just 5th part of the legendary game, from Cool Boarders series. In this part we can see some changes. In the CB 2001 there is available a mode of normal, single competition and a career mode, in which we will compete in following competitions: Downhill gates, Downhill checkpoint, Halfpipe, CBX, Board Park, Big Air, Pro Challenge- here you will compete one by one with a professional:-) In the career mode, like on THPS, we improve our competitor by giving him more experience in some category. The novelty in this game is also bigger number of tricks and special tricks. In the game we can impersonate one of "licensed competitors" like: Todd Richards, Michele Taggart, Kevin Jones...We have also a possibility to create our own competitor, with a use of who we will compete with the best riders in the world :-)

We will be fighting on 27 provocative routes!! Graphically this game looks very nice and spectacularly!! Animation reaches very high standard. Next very important thing in this game is sound setting. Soundtrack is super, music makes strong impression, especially because of the fact that we have quite large list of bits to listen. People who are responsible for the soundtrack, added also some realistic sounds, which are made by the board on the snow, ice, etc. The only one thing which can irritate are monotonous sounds of competitors during their falls. But all the same it is worth playing this game and judging it by yourself.
